Backend Developer

Job Description

We are currently seeking a full time Backend developer to join our team! As and Backend developer at Elastique your job is to be the missing link between frontend development and design, providing beautifully written code, with room for your own input. During a project we expect you to be pro-active and work with accuracy. You will be participate in project or program team reviews, and identify potential environmental impacts on systems.

Activities:
• Responsible for the development, testing and construction of multiple applications
• Develop technical solutions for interactive applications
• Build websites based on Joomla or Symfony
• Decide which technical solution is the best and also develop this software solution
• Participate in core multi-disciplinary project team meetings

What we expect:
• At least 3 years proven experience in Backend Development
• Experience with PHP, Python
• Experience with OOP (Object-Oriented Programming)
• Strong interest in new developments within web technology
• Knowledge of MySQL
• Good knowledge of Git
