You’ll meet the following responsibilities:
  • You will support the Software-Team to develop new products from the initial idea to market introduction
  • Understanding and implementing of customer requirements in actual, efficient and easy to use software products
  • Development of new systeme components under consideration of existing software solutions
  • Maintenance and enhancement of existing software for being approved as a medical device
  • Analysis and handling of customer complaints
  • Implementation of module tests
  • elaboration of project-related documentation
  • Coordination of developments of new software versions
  • Support of the usability team
  • working together in a international and interdisciplinary team

Can you meet the following requirements?
  • successfully completed studies with a degree in computer science (or similar areas)
  • experience in the field of (lab-) automation as well as know-how in the field of usability-engineering
  • good knowledge of the programming language C / C ++ as well as of scripting languages (especially Shell)
  • Knowledge of the operating systems Linux andWindows
  • Experience in unit testing and automated testing
  • Knowledge in sourcecode- management systems (SVN, CVS) and configuration management tools (e.g. Redmine, Polarion, Jenkins)
  • Experience in agile software development (Scrum) would be desirable
  • Experience in the field of Complaint Handling (Customer Support) and CAPA-processing
  • Very good English language skills for working in and international team
  • A teamplayer, who is reliabel and motivated
  • humor and fun at work and the will to win
